Oct - Dec: Campus-wide meetings and focus groups held to identify self-study Priorities

Working groups meet regularly to continue review of standard, criteria, lines of inquiry, evidence in inventory, and request/gather data.
Oct 15: DRAFT of Standard Gap Analysis DUE, Steering Committee Chairs provide feedback
Dec 15: FINAL Standard Gap Analysis Report DUE to Steering Committee Chairs
Jan: Middle States Site Visit Team members are selected by University leadership
Working groups continue to meet regularly.
By March 15: Working group DRAFT (interim) Reports DUE.
Reports will: critically analyze compliance with the standard, alignment to priorities, address lines of inquiry with supporting evidence, and provide context/analysis of findings.
May 31: Working group Final 10-page Standard Reports DUE.
Summer 2025: Initial report draft writing and review. Steering Committee and regular working group meetings will occur for follow-up as self-study report is finalized.
September-October 2025: Various Marywood constituencies will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the Self-Study Draft Report.
November 2025: Edits and feedback will be incorporated into the draft report and finalized. The content of this report will be prepared and sent to the Team Chair, no later than November 17, 2025, to be available for the MSCHE Evaluation Team Chair's Pre-Site Visit.
December 1, 2025: Preliminary Site Visit - Dr. Elizabeth Paul, President, Nazareth University and MSCHE Evaluation Team Chair, will visit campus and provide initial feedback on the draft report.
By December 15, 2025: Evidence inventory created in MSCHE Portal; final evidence to be uploaded to the MSCHE portal no later than February 2, 2026.
December 2025/January 2026: Final editorial review of the Self-Study Report; revisions completed by Steering Committee Leadership Team, in conjunction with the Steering Committee, and report design completed by Marketing. Report due/uploaded to MSCHE portal no later than February 2, 2026.
By February 2, 2026: University ALO submits final Self-Study Report and Compliance Report to MSCHE, to the Middle States Evaluation Team Chair.
March 22-25, 2026: Marywood University hosts MSCHE Evaluation Team Site Visit & reports out the team's findings.
Late Spring 2026: Marywood compiles a response to the report. The Middle States Commission meets to review the self-study evidence.
July 2026: Marywood receives commission's action (decision) on re-accreditation.
