Oct - Dec: Campus-wide meetings and focus groups held to identify self-study Priorities

Dec 14: Self-study co-chairs met via Zoom with our team visit VP liaison
Dec 19: Information Session Zoom held for working group members
SPRING 2024
Jan 10: Steering Committee finalizes self-study Priorities, Outcomes, Lines of Inquiry, and meeting times
Jan 17th: Self-study “Kick-Off Event”
Working groups receive their charges and report templates
Working groups select an evidence liaison to organize documentation
March 1st: Lines of inquiry (“research questions”) finalized for each Standard
March 13th: Self-Study Design DRAFT completed & shared with Steering Committee and Cabinet
March 27th: Self-study preparation, MSCHE VP liaison to visit campus
March - May: Working groups meet regularly and begin Gap Analysis

Working groups meet regularly to continue review of standard, criteria, lines of inquiry, evidence in inventory, and request/gather data.
Oct 15: DRAFT of Standard Gap Analysis DUE, Steering Committee Chairs provide feedback
Dec 15: FINAL Standard Gap Analysis Report DUE to Steering Committee Chairs
SPRING 2025
Jan: Middle States Site Visit Team members are selected by University leadership
Working groups continue to meet regularly…
By March 15th: Working group DRAFT (interim) Reports DUE.
Reports will: critically analyse compliance with the standard, alignment to priorities, address lines of inquiry with supporting evidence, and provide context/analysis of findings.
May 31st: Working group Final 10-page Standard Reports DUE.
Regular working group meetings commence, but are available for follow-up as self-study report is finalized
FALL 2025
TBD: Site Visit Team Chair Preliminary Visit
By Dec 15: Final editorial review of self-study, revisions completed by Steering Committee and editors
By Dec 15: Evidence inventory created in MSCHE Portal
SPRING 2026
By first week of Jan: University ALO submits final Self-Study Report and Compliance Report to MSCHE, to the Middle States Evaluation Team Chair
Mid-Spring: University Hosts MSCHE Site Team Visit & reports out the team's findings
Late-Spring: Marywood compiles a response to the report. The Middle States Commission meets to review the self-study evidence
July: Marywood receives commission's action (decision) on re-accreditation
