Here are your art room rules.

Remember, these rules are posted behind the teacher’s desk too!

These are consequential and not gradable.

1) BE RESPECTFUL OF YOURSELF AND OTHERS

Talk as you would like to be talked to

Treat people as you would like to be treated

Be polite to one another and take lots of turns

Respect other people’s artwork and enjoy it!

2) BE RESPECTFUL OF ART SUPPLIES

Use supplies carefully and how you were instructed to use them

Share supplies you are not using

Super clean-ups!

3) CONTROL THE VOLUME

Only talk to people at your table unless the teacher instructs differently

The teacher’s voice should always be heard from anywhere in the room

*There is a sound control monitor in the classroom. It is a color coded indicator of how loud the class is being. The cool colors are safe, but the warm colors are a no-no. The teacher will not say that a class is being noisy; the teacher will only show it.
