Thursday, 8/28-
Tutorial- Mrs. Askins’ room to make goody bags
Saturday, 9/6-
3:00pm Welcome reception in the Bubble at 3:00 (make posters- food/drinks provided- while we wait on the German students to arrive from the airport). Take exchange student home with you.
Monday, 9/8-
7:30 AM Welcome breakfast in Ms. Marier’s room for hosting students and German students. Please be on time! German students will go with me on a school tour/Campus Store 1st and 2nd periods.
Advisory you need to pick up your student from my room (C314). They will shadow you to classes the rest of the day including lunch. You do not need to check in with me before you leave school with your student.
Tuesday, 9/9-
Before School - Drop your student off to my classroom before your 7th period class. The German students will be with me the entire school day.
After end of the day announcements - Pick up your exchange student from C314
Wednesday, 9/10-
Before School - Drop your student off to my classroom before your 6th period class. (It is an early start day). The German students will be with me the entire school day.
After end of the day announcements - Pick up your exchange student from C314
Thursday, 9/11-
Before School - Drop your student off to my classroom before your 5th period class. The German students will be with me the entire school day.
After end of the day announcements - Pick up your exchange student from C314
Friday, 9/12- Your student will shadow you to all classes. You do not need to check in with me before or after school.
Activity Period - Attend German Club party with your German student in Mrs. Marier’s room.

Your student will shadow you to all classes. You do not need to check in with me before or after school.
Tuesday, 9/16-
Before School - Please drop your German student off to my room by 8:00 with their luggage. They will depart for Savannah and will not attend any classes with you.
Wednesday, 9/17- German student in Savannah
Thursday, 9/18-
After end of the day announcements - German students will arrive back to ATL by 3:05 PM. Please come by C314 after your last class and pick up your exchange student.
Friday, 9/19-
German students will shadow all classes with you.
Activity Period C314 - Please meet in my room for a farewell breakfast.
Saturday- 9/20-
5:30-5:45 PM - Please bring your German student to Marist for a 6:00 PM departure
