MISSION: MLB "SHRED HATE" CHALLENGE

Major League Baseball & the Cincinnati Reds as part of the MLB Shred Hate Campaign are seeking to eliminate bullying by encouraging you, the students, to choose kindness. Your mission is to complete the Kindness Glove. On each finger of the glove you should write a word or phrase about how you should treat people! Make sure to color your glove and post it on the Flipgrid! Remember together we can Strike Out Bullying!

MISSION: DRIVEWAY OBSTACLES

Your mission is to turn your driveway or sidewalk into an obstacle course. You can use props, chalk, and items from your garage to create an obstacle course for your family! Make sure to add in jumping, exercises, and most importantly some fun! Make sure to share your creation and a family member completing your mission and post it to the Flipgrid!

MISSION: WILL IT FLOAT?

Your mission is to design and build a cardboard boat! Make sure to design your boat and use materials that you have available to you at your home! Now it's time to test your design! How long does your boat float for? Can it carry any items? Once you have tested your boat out a few times, it is time to reflect on your boat. MISSION: BAR OF SOAP "RUBE GOLDBERG" VIDEO CHALLENGE

Your mission is to build a Rube Goldberg Rube Goldberg "machine" that will drop a bar of soap into someones hand! What is a Rube Goldberg Machine? Your mission is to create a week long (5 days) meal plan for your family with each day having its own theme! Each nights dinner should focus on a different cultural cuisine from a certain country or region! You don't actually have to cook the meals, but bonus points if you do! Flags are an important symbol of countries and states across the world. Flags often describe in their colors and design the history and the present day of the countries. Upcycled Art is the process of turning ordinary things that you can find with-in your house into something that is often better than the original. Your mission is to use household items, maybe items you would normally throw away, and turn it into an art masterpiece! We can't wait to see your imagination and what you can come up with! Your mission is to write a letter to a family member, your teacher, or a friend that you miss. Make sure to tell them what you have been up to and how you are doing. Now it is time to send the letter. Make sure you are addressing the envelope correctly with a return address and all! Now that the letter is completed and you have address the envelope, go ahead and send the letter! Hopefully whoever you chose to write to will write you back!
