MISSION: OUTDOOR SCAVENGER HUNT

Your mission is to take a hike around your neighborhood or at a park. On your walk you need to find as many sights and sounds you can that start with each letter of the alphabet! Make sure to use the ABC Scavenger Hunt recording sheet and submit your completed mission documentation to the Flipgrid!

MISSION: Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes:

Your mission is watch the short film Body All My Own by the amazing Mr. Steve. We encourage you to dance along side the students in the video and sing along to Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes. After you have mastered the traditional version it's time to create your own version of the folk song. How creative can you get? Make sure to post your new version on Flipgrid

MISSION: BUILD A TOWER

Student will need to plan their experiment and try numerous times to build the biggest tower they can. Once you are done with your tower, challenge a family member to build a bigger tower! Remember the structure must be able to stand up alone with no hands! Make sure to take a time lapse of your building or take a picture of you standing next to your tower! Photos and video must be posted to Flipgrid to show completion of your mission!

MISSION: TABLE TOP

Your mission is to design and build a table made entirely out of paper! You can use any type of paper such a the newspaper, computer paper or even mail you have received! How much weight can your table hold? How can you make it stronger? Make sure you post your video or picture on Flipgrid to show us completion of your mission!

MISSION: THE PLACES I'LL GO!

Listen to "Oh, The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss! Once you are done reading along to the story, it is your turn to draw a place you would like to go! Make sure to tell us why this is special place! Upload your picture to the Flipgrid!

MISSION: FAMILY INVESTIGATOR

Your mission is to Interview a Grandparent, parent or another adult about their life as a child. Make sure to think of some really great questions and ask them all about their life! Need ideas? MISSION: BOOK AND BAKE

Your mission is to read your favorite book with your parent/guardian or sibling. Once you are done reading your favorite book head into the kitchen and bake some cupcakes with your favorite adult! Once the cupcake is done make sure to decorate it to look like your favorite character in the story! Please share your character cupcake with us on Flipgrid before you eat it!

MISSION: UPCYCLED ART

Your mission is to use household items in your house to create something brand new! How creative can you get and how many different items can you use? We can't wait to see your latest creation so make sure to post it on our Flipgrid.

MISSION: CHORE BINGO

Your mission is to complete the chore bingo card! Can you complete the Bingo Board while helping your parents do some chores around the house? Do you have siblings that can help you complete the mission or perhaps your whole family can get into this mission for a little Spring cleaning? Your Mission Help an adult bake up a treat! Your mission is to measure out all of the ingredients that you will have to use and read the recipe to determine what is the next step!
