NURSE 

Students who are feeling ill or have a health related concern should report to the nurse’s office. 

The district DOES NOT provide an accident insurance plan for students.  An accident plan is available at the expense of the parents. Accident forms must be obtained at the main office and returned as soon as possible.   If you become ill or injured while in school:

MEDICATION

THE DISTRIBUTION OR CONSUMPTION OF PRESCRIPTION OR OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATIONS IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN DESCRIBED ABOVE IS A VIOLATION OF SCHOOL RULES AND MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW.  CONSEQUENCES MAY INCLUDE EXPULSION FROM SCHOOL AND REFERRAL TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.  

The specific procedure for prescription and non-prescription medications in our school is governed by administrative guideline.
