The Service Center has many functions.
It is where you access your In-School training or QA calendar.
It is where you will find the 2018 to 2020 In-School Training reports and also the Quality Assurance reports.
It is where you will write and send your report to be approved by the Academic Director.
It is where you can access the schools’ information (telephone, e-mail, years offered, address, etc)
It is where you will find general documents.
Maple Bear Brazil has created a portal where every parent and school will have access to all content from us. So from now on, everyone will need just one login and one password to have access to all platforms used by Maple Bear Brazil.
To achieve that improvement, the way you access Service Center has changed.
First of all, you will access Minha Maple Bear (also called My Maple Bear): https://minhamaplebear.com.br/
That is our new portal.
As your login, you will use the same email you used on Service Center.
But you will have a new password, that is: maple@2020
With that login and password, you will be able to access this new platform.
After your first access, a message will appear to allow you to change the password to one that is unique!
You will have to type the new password in both boxes, and then click on ‘Ok’:
Then you will be able to see our portal.
Now, it should be simple to enter the Service Center. You just have to click on ‘DFranquias’. It will be the first icon in the page.
Then the Service Center page that you are already familiar with will appear.
From now on, every time you want to access Service Center, you have to follow these same steps: first enter on Minha Maple Bear, log in and then click on this icon.
