First of all, what is the Maple Bear Digital Learning Community?
The Maple Bear Digital Learning Community is the Brazilian Intranet.
There, you will be able to find the same files, documents and programs that you can find in the Canadian Intranet. The difference is that in the Brazilian MBDLC, we also added the Portuguese Programs and translations for some important documents and guides for our schools.
We used Google Drive to deliver this to our schools!
We created one Shared Drive for each one of the segments and made everything available in the respective folder:

You received an @tr.maplebear.com.br email. That account is a Gmail account. You have to be logged in this Google account to be able to access these Shared Drives!
How do I access the MBDLC?
How do I access the MBDLC?
As mentioned, our MBDLC is composed by four Shared Drives, one for each segment!
To be able to access our Shared Drives, first enter in the Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/shared-drives
Then, you will have to log in with your Gmail Maple Bear account. Your email will look like this: name.lastname@tr.maplebear.com.br
You received the email and the password from Bianca or Marcela, from the Brazil Academic Team. If you didn't find this information, you can send Bianca a message or also ask Patti, since she also knows all the emails for all trainers!
After you log in with your Gmail Maple Bear account, you shoud see the following Shared Drives:
If when you enter in the Shared Drives you were logged already with your own Gmail account, you won't be able to see our MBDLC. But the solution is simple! You just have to cadd your Maple Bear account.
In the upper right corner, where you see your profile with your picture or the letters of your name, you can see in what account you are connected. Click there and click on ‘Add another account’, and then log in with the Maple Bear account. Then you should be able to see our Shared Drives.

On all Shared Drives, you will find a file called ‘Estruturação de pastas’. In this file, you will see how the Maple Bear Digital Learning Community is organized, making your search for files and folders much easier!
In addition, you can use the search bar on the Drive itself to search for the material you are looking for by name.

If you are seeing all buttons in Portuguese, you will have to change your language settings!
Click on the configuration button and then click on ‘Configurações’:
You will see this menu. On ‘idioma’, click on ‘Alterar configurações do idioma’.
A new page will appear. Click on the ‘pencil’ and then change the language to ‘english’. Then, click on ‘Selecionar’.
Then, you can go back to your Shared Drives. You just have to refresh the page. Now all buttons will appear in english!

If you can't see all the four Shared Drives for all segments in your Google Drive, maybe you can have a hidden Shared Drive.
Click on ‘Hidden shared Drives'
2. Click with the right button in the folder, and then click on ‘Unhide shared drive’. You will have to do this for both folders.
3. After unhiding both folders, click on ‘Back to shared drives’.
4. You will be able to see all four Shared Drives for each one of the segments now!
