Boosting wellbeing and self-efficacy in schools
At Many Hands we believe building positive relationships is key to helping children thrive in schools. Peer mentoring can be a simple and effective way of building such relationships. We have brought the organisation formerly known as Franklin Scholars under our umbrella, with 13 years of experience delivering high-impact peer mentoring programmes both in secondary and primary.
The success and impact of peer-mentoring programmes in school hinges on the set-up, resources and support provided. Our programmes provide the right training for the right students at the right time, with expertly crafted resources and structures, ensuring the younger pupils benefit from authentic and relevant 1:1 support from their mentors. Programmes can be tailored to the specific needs and context of your school.
In addition, we offer Peer Mentor training days, sessions and resources for schools running their own schemes.
