She was having articulation disorder and maximum problem in retro flex sound.And with regular speech therapy session and parents support and doing all activity with child she is able to overcome with all these articulation disorder and during lock-down also regular speech she is able to overcome with her problem and now she is promoted to next class in Grade one.
