Q2.For how long has your organization been working
कितने साल से आपकी संस्था काम कर रही है
Ans- Our organization has been working for the disabled for about 20 years and we have been working in the field of vocational training for about 10 years
हमारी संस्था लगभग २० वर्षों से दिव्यांगों के लिए कार्यरत है और लगभग १० वर्षों से हम वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग के क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे हैं।
Q3.What is the duration of the course?
प्रोग्राम की अवधि कितनी है
Ans- The duration of the course is 1 year as our trainees are special so they require continuous practice to be fully trained keeping in mind that the course is designed for 1 year.
कोर्स की अवधि 1 साल है क्यूंकि हमारे ट्रैनी विशेष हैं इसलिए इन्हें पूरी तरह से प्रशिक्षित होने के लिए लगातार अभ्यास की आवश्यकता होती है इसको ही ध्यान में रखते हुए कोर्स को १ साल के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है
Q4.What is the fee for the program
प्रोग्राम की फीस क्या है
Ans- This training is being provided by virtual mode and monthly for the online portal is 3000, this course is free for all the PwDs whose family annual income is less than Rs 2 Lakh
यह ट्रेनिंग विरचुअल मोड (ऑनलाइन माध्यम) द्वारा दी जा रही है एवं इ ज्ञानशाला की मासिक फीस 3००० है,यह कोर्स उन सभी दिव्यांगजनों के लिए निशुल्क है जिनकी पारिवारिक वार्षिक आय २ लाख रुपए से कम है

कोर्स में क्या क्या सिखाते हैं
Ans- Along with training your job role in the course, soft skill training (practical skills) is also given. Practical training is also included. In the course, you will not only be prepared for your job role, but you are also having the facility of on-the-job training. On successful completion of the course, the certificate given by SCPWD is recognized all over India.
कोर्स में आपके जॉब रोल के प्रशिक्षण के साथ साथ सॉफ्ट स्किल ट्रेनिंग ( व्यावहारिक कौशल ) भी दी जाती है। प्रैक्टिकल ट्रेनिंग भी इसमें शामिल होती है

कोर्स के क्या फायदे है
Ans- In the course, not only are you being prepared for a job role, but also provided you the facility of on-the-job training. On successful completion of the course, the certificate given by SCPWD is recognized all over India.
कोर्स में आपको न केवल आपके जॉब रोले के लिए तैयार किया जाता है साथ साथ आपको ऑन जॉब ट्रेनिंग की सुविधा भी दी जाती है. कोर्स को सफलता पूर्वक ख़तम करने पर जो सर्टिफिकेट SCPWD द्वारा दिया जाता है वो पूरे भारत में मान्यताप्रात है.
Q7. My child does not read and write words fully. Can he/she be able to do the course?
मेरा बच्चा शब्दों को पूरी तरह पढ़ना और लिखना नहीं जनता क्या वो कर सकता है
Ans- Yes, this is possible through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in a skill program.
जी हाँ स्किल प्रोग्राम में Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) द्वारा ऐसा संभव है.
Q8. What documents are compulsory to deposit at the time of admission
क्या क्या डॉक्यूमेंट अनिवार्य हैं
Ans- Disability certificate from governmental authority
Trainee's Aadhaar Card.
Aadhar card of parents.
Proof of parental income if concession or freeship is required
Photo 4 (Passport Size)
Education certificate
PAN card of parents and trainee

Q9.Currently , we don't have a Disability Certificate can he/she do the course.
डिसेबिलिटी सर्टिफिकेट अभी नहीं बना है तो क्या वो यह कोर्स कर सकता है.
Ans - Provisional admission can be taken if you have a report of the child from a government hospital, in which his intelligence level is given. But during the certain period of time you must deposit disability certificate duly signed from government authority
प्रोविजनल एडमिशन ले सकते हैं यदि आपके पास बच्चे की सरकारी अस्पताल की रिपोर्ट है जिसमे उसकी बुद्धिमता-स्तर दिया गया हो. परन्तु समय पर उन्हें विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र सरकारी प्राधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षर किया गया जमा करना होगा

क्या ऑनलाइन क्लास के लिए कंप्यूटर/लैपटॉप जरूरी है
Ans- No, you can also do a course through a smartphone, but you may need to practice information technology training.
जी नहीं आप स्मार्ट फ़ोन द्वारा भी कोर्स कर सकते हैं , परन्तु इनफार्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी के प्रशिक्षण में अभ्यास के लिए आपको आवश्यकता हो सकती है.

Q-20 Why will companies employ persons with disabilities when there is a pool of non-disabled persons in the market?
जब बाजार में गैर-विकलांग व्यक्तियों का एक समूह होगा, तो कंपनियां विकलांगता के साथ व्यक्तियों को क्यों नियुक्त करेंगी?
Ans- As per the survey conducted by the organization, it was resolved that some companies require persons with disabilities with the view that these people perform their job with honesty, full devotion & dedication as compared to their counterparts.

Ans -22 He can easily take his exams as we provide him Accommodations Examination as per the government guidelines.
वह आसानी से अपनी परीक्षा दे सकता है क्योंकि हम उसे सरकारी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार परीक्षाएं प्रदान करते हैं।
Q-23 Can you give a Guarantee that my ward will get a job somewhere?

Ans- No, we & you both have to come hand in hand to find a good job for your child.

A-24 Yes, as initially we give them a placement Form to fill & as per the terms & conditions of the form, he can avail 3 times the interview. & accordingly, he/she will be recruited.
