Yes my designation as housekeeping attendant and now I m National Awardee.
Mr. Sachin awarded the best Employee of the year 2019 at Dalmiya Bharat Group New Delhi. He started his journey from the community and reach the life of the corporate. He proves himself as a successful model in the field of disability. He developed the good skills of housekeeping with rigorous training at the Manovikas charitable Society. After two years of training, he joined in Dalmia Bharat Group as Housekeeper in 2017 September. He enjoyed his work very much. He supports housekeeping work and does the arrangement for the customer. He learns independent traveling during his job. Now he started financial support to his family. He is a role model for other people with disabilities. We wish him all success in his life.

I successfully completed my skill training program in Domestic Data Entry Operator conducted by Manovikas Institute for Higher Education and am currently doing a job in a good stationary mart with a monthly salary of rupees 8000/-.After completion of the course, I joined my father's business and worked there. I helped my father with computer billing and handling data etc. soon after work experience ,Few months back I joined a stationary mart and am currently working there as an assistant . I am enjoying my work.

Taking inspiration from these inspirational words, Tanya is moving forward towards the destination of her life.
Tanya is 23 years old, and has a learning disability. Tanya is currently working with Manovikas as a Help Desk Attendant after completing the skill development course (Domestic help desk attendant) conducted by Manovikas Higher Education.
She completed her higher education from the National Institute of Open Schooling and took training as a special educator .Slowly her interest started moving towards information technology so she chose to get admission in this course.
Tanya is a hardworking girl with low confidence .She belongs to a middle class family with one sibling. Due to lack of confidence she was hesitant to ask her question. She believed while she asked the question everyone made her laugh, due to which she was unable to understand some of the topic. Gradually after joining regular classes and practice with trainers and support of her family members he started doing independent work and now he has very good command on excel functions and power point presentation.
Her confidence level also strengthened a lot. Now she is handling all help desk work independently and during her free time she is learning art and craft work from love arts training lab at Manovikas.

Chirag is 24 years old, and has a learning disability. Chirag is currently working with his father as a Data Entry Operator in his factory after completing the skill development course (Data Entry Operator) conducted by Manovikas Higher Education. Also trying to learn tally from his supervisor.
When Chirag joined the course he had basic knowledge of computers but he did not have confidence as he had incomplete knowledge of the computer. Thus his confidence level was very low. Initially he has a fear in back of his mind that he may be wrong while performing. Gradually after joining regular classes and regular practice with a trainer followed up by trainer and support of his family members he started doing independent work and now he has very good command on excel functions and power point presentation.
His confidence level also strengthened a lot. He travels independently ,handles money transactions, takes her mother out for shopping etc.
He want to take his father's business on International Platform. We wish him all the best for his future endeavor.

Ashutosh had taken these famous lines in his life. Currently, Ashutosh is working in an SDM office after getting training in Civil Defense Basic Training Course. Although has an intellectual and developmental disability he passed his secondary education at the National Institute of Open Schooling and soon will complete his senior secondary education. Ashutosh also completed his food and beverages services (steward)course from Manovikas under skill development program. While doing his training he lost his father although it was a hard time for him, but he never lost his courage and completed his training. After successfully completing the course he joined a small pantry as a kitchen helper and started to support his family. With this employment, his self-confidence increased and he started thinking about applying to the government. job, later he came to know about the Civil Defense Basic Training program during one seminar conducted by manovikas. It's Said “ when you are determined, then you will get your destination. “
We all are proud of Ashutosh and wish him all the success for his future.

शेफाली जो शेफाली 22 साल की स्मार्ट, हंसमुख और प्यारी लड़की है।शेफाली ने मनोविकास उच्च शिक्षा के कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम से फूड एंड बेवरेज (स्टीवर्ड) सर्विस कोर्स कर किया है आज शेफाली अपने बारे में बताती है कि किस प्रकार उसमें आत्मविश्वास बड़ा। इस कोर्स को करने से पहले शेफाली चंचल, शरारती थी,और वह किसी से भी बात करने में शर्माती थी किसी की बात का जबाब न देना कहीं न जाना उसकी आदत थी। इस कोर्स को करते हुए शेफाली ने लक्ष्य भारती इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंटरनेशनल होटल मैनेजमेंट (LBIIHM) में 1 महीने की इंटर्नशिप की है जिसके बाद शेफाली आत्मविश्वास बड़ा और उसने metro में ट्रेवलिंग करना सीखा मनोविकास के मनभावन प्रोग्राम में maestro expert बन कर और स्टूडेंट्स के लिए प्रेरणा बनी। आज शेफाली आत्मविश्वास से अपनी जॉब करने के लिए तैयार है।

Saurabh has taken the first step in the desire to reach his destination.
Trainee Sourabh belongs to an impoverished family.
His father is a laborer who supports his family of 5 members with his earnings. Sourabh passed his 8th class from Seema Puri School in
Delhi. He came to know about the course through a survey conducted
by Manovikas Institute for Higher Education (MIHE) in the
community and joined the course in February 2021 for the
betterment and wish to become independent financially and support
his family with his earnings. After the successful training, he started
his on-the-job training in an international company with a good
stipend and support from his family.

डर मुझे भी लगा फासला देखकर, पर में बढ़ता गया रास्ता देखकर,
खुद व खुद मेरे नज़दीक आती गयी, मेरी मंजिल मेरा हौसला देखकर
इन शब्दों को सार्थक किया है मनोविकास चैरिटेबल सोसायटी के रेजिडेंस गृह मनोलया मे रहने वाले 24 वर्षीय सागर रैना ने सागर ने .मनोलया रेजिडेंस मे रहते हुए सेकेंडरी क्लास में 78.4 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए और अभी सीनियर सेकेंडरी कर रहा है।सागर ने मनोविकास उच्च शिक्षा के कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम से फूड एंड बेवरेज (स्टीवर्ड) सर्विस कोर्स किया है जब सागर ने फूड एंड बेवरेज (स्टीवर्ड) सर्विस कोर्स करना शुरू किया था तो तब उसको फ़ूड सर्विस के बारे में पता नहीं था। पर जब उसने धीरे धीरे इस कोर्स में रुचि लेना शुरू किया और मनोलया में अपने केयर टेकर के साथ उनका किचन में थोड़ा थोड़ा मदद करना शुरू की जैसा सब्ज़ी काटना आदि। सागर ऑनलाइन क्लासेज द्वारा ट्रेनर के साथ सिकता और बाद में उसको अभ्यास करके वीडियो बनाकर ट्रेनर को भेजता था ताकि ट्रेनर उसे उसकी गलतियों के बारे में सुधर कर सके। आज सागर को सर्विस उपकरण के बारे में पूरा ज्ञान है, कटलरी एटिकेट्स की नॉलेज है वह सब्जियों की कटिंग चॉपिंग , टेबल सेटअप , फ़ूड पैकिंग बहुत अच्छी प्रकार से कर लेता है सागर इस कोर्स को करने के बाद J P Enterprises कंपनी में पार्ट टाइम जॉब कर रहा है पहले सागर को छोड़ने और लाने का काम केयर टेकर करता था पर धीरे धीरे सागर का आत्मविश्वास इतना बढ़ गया है कि आज सागर इंडिपेंडली खुद आना जाना करता है वर्ष 2022 में 7th दीक्षांत समारोह में इंदिरा माथुर मेमोरियल अवार्ड बेस्ट रेजिडेंट होने के लिए प्राप्त किया।

This is the spirit of Piyush Taneja, 20 years old, a student of Manovikas Institute for Higher Education even having multiple disabilities since birth, he has successfully completed his 8th standard from NSQF. He has completed a certificate course in information technology under a skill development training program as Domestic Data Entry Operator. He was dependent on others even for his small task. Initially when he joined the course. Later with the regular counselor support and therapeutic services help, he started doing his work with the support of ancillary devices.
Gradually he not only increased his computer knowledge but also developed his confidence.
After successfully completing his training, he has recently started his online trading of toys and health care products from his home with the support of his mother. He wants to take his trading to a high with the help of his own website, which he want to design himself.
Rajni and Usha was identified during the survey conducted in slum community by Manovikas. After the successful completion of skill training she appointed as helper in Quality of life Saath Saath center , which change the life of Rajni and Usha .
"Journey from Learning to Earning …………"
Shubham is a 23 years young boy who has intellectual and developmental disabilities. He successfully completed his basic education up to Secondary from National Institute for Open Schooling (NIOS).
Shubham is currently in the midst of her internship as a computer assistant trainee.He enrolled in this opportunity after completing a skill development course in Data Entry Operations offered by Manovikas Higher Education. Additionally, he is actively working on expanding his skill set by learning multimedia under the guidance of his coordinator.
When Shubham initially joined the course, he have some basic computer knowledge, but his confidence was quite low due to his incomplete understanding of computers. He harbored fears of making mistakes during his tasks. However, with dedication and support, he gradually overcame these challenges. Through consistent attendance in classes and continuous practice with a trainer, coupled with unwavering support from his family members, he gained the ability to work independently. Currently, he exhibits a good command over Excel functions , photoshop and illustrator.
His confidence has grown significantly as well. He can now independently travel, manage financial transaction
