Read articles from factual sources and compare information to fake news. How can you tell the difference? What problems and effects do fake news have? Create 1-2 Two truths and a lie about the articles you read. Share them to see if the lie can be spotted.
Find a data source (sports stats, Earthquake occurrences, Forest fires over the last decade, etc). Create a graph that best shows this information.
Spend time OUTSIDE. Go for a hike making observations in front of you, above you, and at your feet. Look for signs of Spring as the Earth comes “back to life.” Start a nature journal making sketches and posting your thoughts in prose and poem.
Perform 25 sit-ups and push ups daily; touch your toes.
Go for a walk outside.
Once a week, do as many sit ups and push ups as you can to prepare for the Fitness Tests.
Find and attempt a new workout video.
Check out PE Central and find a game you’d like to try.
Take a break from your favorite show/game and do 50 jumping jacks.
Clean the house for your parents:)
Look up how many calories you burn while doing your favorite type of activity (ie- jogging, walking the dog, riding your bike). Try to get at least 30 minutes of activity per day!

Mental Health = Control what YOU can control! Fear not.
- Try not to get worked up/stressed about things you have no control over.
- Do things you ENJOY! (ex. Draw, Read, Write, Music, Video Games (don't overdo it!)
- Grow = Read 1 book. Find a topic you're interested in and go!
Social Health = Appreciate the ones closest to you, while keeping in touch with friends!
- Take time to 'catch up', care for, and really appreciate loved ones!
- Maintain communication with your friends/teammates/groupmates!
- Reach out to 1 person you haven't talked to in a long time!
