Physical Health = Unplug and Recharge your Brain. Work on Nutrition. STAY ACTIVE!
- Sleep!! = 9 1/4 hours recommended amount for Teens
- Eating = Try to maintain 3 quality meals each day!
- Activity = ANYTHING that elevates your heart rate! Try the "7 minute workout" app. (should be green). It provides quick, quality workouts!!
Mental Health = Control what YOU can control! Fear not.
- Try not to get worked up/stressed about things you have no control over.
- Do things you ENJOY! (ex. Draw, Read, Write, Music, Video Games (don't overdo it!)
- Grow = Read 1 book. Find a topic you're interested in and go!
Social Health = Appreciate the ones closest to you, while keeping in touch with friends!
- Take time to 'catch up', care for, and really appreciate loved ones!
- Maintain communication with your friends/teammates/groupmates!
- Reach out to 1 person you haven't talked to in a long time!
