My Sister's Keeper

My Sister's Keeper (MSK) is for students who identify with historically marginalized cultural groups to promote positive self-image, a safe space to speak about their experiences, and provide support for future goals.

This program encourages young women by celebrating who they are, helping them find their voice and honor who they are, serving as a support for one another, and advocating for themselves in all areas of life.

Topics Discussed Included:

  • Who Am I- Student, sister, daughter, friend, role model, teen, etc.

  • Respect- Receiving/Giving

  • Handling to Peer Pressure

  • Who I am is perfect- Mind, Body, & Soul

  • Responsible Decision Making
