Should you or a member of your family experience a worsening mental health problem, or symptoms that need additional support; first contact you or your child’s existing community-based mental health practitioner. Many community-based therapists will be continuing services remotely through the use of “tele-health” supports like phones, laptops etc.
If you or a member of your family experience a mental health crisis and do not feel safe, contact Lahey Crisis Hotline: 978-521-7777. The hotline is open 24 /7, and can arrange for you or your child to receive an emergency mental health screening in your local area. If you can not reach Lahey Crisis Hotline and believe someone in your home is unsafe or a threat to themselves or others please call 911 for immediate help.
