Malden Public Schools has been working hard to design and deliver supports, resources, services and instruction that can be delivered remotely. Both State and Federal guidance has noted that it is important to emphasize that federal disability law allows for flexibility in determining how to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities. How FAPE is to be provided may need to be different in this time of unprecedented national emergency. We are committed to serving the needs of our students even through the challenges we face due to the pandemic.
