To make decisions for the future plans of youth after class 12th are aligned amongst the stakeholders and Make A Difference in the best interest of the youth.
To build trust and positive relations between Make A Difference and the stakeholders who are key decision-makers in the life of the youth.

Stakeholder Engagement is critical for the Program Team to understand and establish relationships with the parents/guardians of the youth and offer support even after the youth turns 18. As MAD can’t take any of these decision for youth in a legal capacity, it is necessary to have permission/consent from parents/guardians of the youth in this process.
As a part of the Placements process, it is important to understand the aspirations, financial status of the Parents/Guardians, especially for 12th standard youth.
