Placements

Objective of Placements: 

As youth transition out of CCI's post 12th, the objective of Placements project is to support them in their progression path to reach middle-class adult outcomes by enabling them,

To choose and enroll/place themselves into the most suitable career option, which could be either pursuing higher education, vocational training or job

To provide financial assistance or any other logistical support that is needed by the youth to make the transition smooth 

All the steps are mentioned in detail in the Placement training deck which is shared below along with the training of the session. Key things to note is that: 

1. Get placement trained. 

2. Have all the legal documents in place 

3. Be aware of the college deadlines ensuring you are not missing out on any. 

4. Keep the stakeholders in loop at all times (Parent/Guardian, TR Fellow, Youth) 

5. Finalize options, get the final buy-in from the MAD team and get the scholarship agreement signed 

6. Ensure proper transitioning to Aftercare program is done.
