One Key Focus Area of the Youth Progression program for 12th graders is to ensure they progress confidently in their careers. To support this, Career Guidance is provided as a high-impact activity.

In the previous years, we’ve partnered with organizations that specialize in career guidance for children in our demographic (such as India Literacy Project & Alohamora). Taking their best practices, we've developed an internal process to streamline this effort. 

Chapters are welcome to arrange for their own career counselors if they have suitable contacts, provided there is no cost involved.

The purpose of Career Guidance is to:

• Expand Career Awareness: Introduce students to a variety of career options.

• Support Informed Decision-Making: Guide students to make decisions based on their interests, skills, and eligibility.

• Empower Career Choices: Enable students to choose a meaningful career path to pursue after 12th grade."
