Concert Dress Code for Instrumental Festival:
All performing groups dress in formal dress clothes: dress shoes with socks/tights/nylons, pants OR long skirt/dress (below the knee), shirt/blouse (shoulders covered), ties should be worn with collared shirts. Please note that leggings are not to be worn as pants.
