I primarily work across media depicting women and queer folks in the maritime industry. My portfolio demonstrates the breadth of my skills and the depth of my subject. Gender expression extends beyond the subjects of my art, to the other media and forms I work with. My family is Polish-American and at the age of six I was initiated into our matrilineal tradition of writing pisanki; an ancient Slavic pictorial language written on raw eggs through a wax and dye resist process. Pisanki is my mother language.
