My name is Connor Ferguson. I am a student majoring in English and Literary Analysis, with a minor in Creative Writing.

As a tutor in the Writing Center, I have an interest in creating a welcome learning environment to a multicultural campus and providing a safe space for marginalized groups.

My writing portfolio spans multiple genres and disciplines. I am a versatile tutor open to any and all student Writing Center needs.

Alongside tutoring, I am a writer of fiction (fantasy, contemporary, science fiction, fabulism), non-fiction (memoir, poetry), and analytical criticism (literature, video games, music, cinema).

I am also a DJ and music director at WMEB91.9FM, the radio station at the University of Maine. As an employee of the station, it is my goal to provide thoughtful critique of music, curate playlists and sets for listeners, and bring artists closer to their fans via interviews and concert reviews.
