112 On-Campus Class Demonstration
我們的三年級學生透過單字學習、角色扮演和動態遊戲,一起探索了各種職業的世界。這堂課著重於幫助學生認識並說出不同的職業名稱、理解社會中各種工作的重要性,並透過肢體活動將英語實際運用在學習中。
Our Grade 3 students explored the world of work through vocabulary building, role-playing, and active games. The lesson focused on helping students identify and name different jobs, appreciate the roles people play in the community, and use English actively through movement-based learning.
透過像「職業變裝挑戰」和「職業你來比我來猜」這些有趣又實作的活動,學生們學會了如何用英文描述人物,例如:「He is a driver.(他是一位司機)」、「She is a nurse.(她是一位護士)」。他們還有機會模仿不同的職業動作,透過比手畫腳來猜職業,並將職業名稱與圖片配對。
Through fun and hands-on activities like “Job Dress-Up Challenge” and “Job Charades,” students learned how to describe people using phrases like “He is a driver.” “She is a nurse.” They even had a chance to act out different job actions, guess jobs based on gestures, and match job words with pictures
🔍👨👩👧👦 Who Is He/She? Review Game
Students look at family member images and respond to teacher prompts: “Who is she?” – “She is my mother!”
🏡👨👩👧👦💼 Teacher’s Family & Jobs Introduction
The teacher Judy shares photos of her own family and explains their jobs, sparking curiosity. Students eagerly raise their hands when asked, “Who wants to be a teacher?”
🧥👗👫 Job Dress-Up Challenge
Volunteers take turns choosing printed job uniforms and placing them on cutouts of a girl and boy. Laughter fills the room as students confidently say, “He is a nurse!”
🤸♂️🎭 Act It Out – Job Motions Practice
The class stands and mimics job actions: writing like a teacher, holding a stethoscope like a doctor, or driving like a driver. Everyone is up, moving, and learning through action.
🎲🕵️♂️ Job Charades Game!
One student pretends to drive while classmates shout, “Driver!” The whole class takes turns acting out jobs like firefighter, police officer, and cook—building vocabulary through performance.
✏️📄 🧠 Trace Worksheet Time
They concentrate hard, then exchange worksheets for peer review and support.
👩🏫👦✅ Review Before Goodbye
Before the bell rings, the teacher meets each student for a quick 1-on-1 review. It’s a chance to check understanding and end the lesson with confidence and encouragement. Each student leaves the classroom with a smile—and a job well done!
課程展示結束後,ETRC觀課老師對幾位學生及本校教師進行簡短訪談。學生們分享他們學到的內容及最喜歡的活動,老師則回顧課程目標與學生的參與情況。這是一個具有意義的時刻,用來肯定學生的學習成果與教學成長。
After the demo lesson, the ETRC observer conducts short interviews with a few students and the English teachers. Students share what they learned and which activity they liked best, while the teacher reflects on the lesson goals and student engagement. It’s a meaningful moment to celebrate learning and teaching growth.
