My name is ‘Yen, Pey-ru.’ It’s my great pleasure to introduce myself. If the ability, eager devotion and profession to take direction well, and to carry out everything actively, I maybe the good person for someone’s good working members. I can be a nice member of working team and can shoulder some responsibilities.
As talking about my family relationship, I am the second daughter of the family. My elder sister and younger brother are primary and secondary school teachers now and both had Master Degree and planned to study for Ph, D. in Education. My parents had some Japanese education, and my father got the degree of the commercial college. Fortunately, I have a healthy and sweet family.
As talking about my working and study experience, I ever held one school activity in Korea, had personal thesis and field studies of Master Degree in Singapore, and helped to have some international conferences in Taiwan. In addition, I also have had National Certificate for Qualified University Assistant Professor and Secondary Teacher of (1) English, (2) Student Counseling, Guidance and Assistance, (3) Commercial English Conversation, (4) Child Care, (5) Social Studies and others related, etc., qualifications of secondary school teacher and 3 years of formal teaching experience. I had a thorough research, practice and teaching profession and know the various divisions of school administration. Moreover, I have got the ‘Master Degree of Comparative Education’ and the doctor degree of education department, Ph, D. in NTNU.
I got my Bachelor degree of education (major in education with a minor in English) in NTNU. with the higher grades. I also learned a little Japanese during my graduate education(but not very well). In addition, I studied hard to have the honor scholarship in the Graduate Institute of Comparative Education in NCNU and Post graduate Institute of NTNU., and also win the rarely scholarship of ‘Academic Sinica of Taiwan.’
As talking about my special skills and training, I have taught many professional English about International education, National Report, Acts and Laws, government announcement, Southeast Education and so on. Moreover, I have some experiences about consulting with teenagers with crime and had many kinds of good abilities, experiences as I told in my resume. I therefore feel that I have the perfect experiences and qualifications to carry out the duties of and take part in your conference and others related. I'm also good at some software of the computers, for example, FrontPage, World 7.0 for Windows, Access, and www.
