i. Home Economics

We first start bilingual lessons in home economics hoping we can use English in a more natural way. Teachers use daily experiences to link with the lesson, so as to help students cross the language barrier and learn knowledge and skills in home economics.

ii. PE

Our PE class is taught by our native teacher and foreign teacher, Papi. In bilingual PE class, students can understand the given orders and follow them not just by listening, but also through seeing. They learn by seeing, listening and doing step by step.

Warm up together, forget AC and heater.

Enjoy the basketball game, have fun!

Badminton is a fun and new sport to Papi.

iii. Music

In music class, our teacher spends much time designing the curriculum and combines multiple medias into the lessons. Through the designed activities, students learn with teammates and use iPad to complete the assigned work. They can easily follow the role models and create their works simply by multi-medias.

iv. Health Education

Our foreign teacher, Papi, also collaborates with health education teacher, Fannie, who has overseas educated experience in the ninth grader. For each lesson, they put lots of effort into preparation of the worksheet and activity. Offering students proper scaffoldings and use English as a communication tool to join the class.

v. Scouting

Scouting is one of the most popular lessons among all the subjects. Students can naturally learn various skills and knowledge from situational learning fields with the help of the assisstance and instruction from the teacher, such as camping, knot, orienteering, and etc.
