Using Google Forms to create Quizzes.

If you create a question that requires a short answer the teacher have to go over and review that part.

You can also change when they get their results for their quizz. If you change the settings to give them their results after everyone finished their quizz this way you prevent them from copying each other.

You can also use the File Upload new feature. This is helpful for the solving One-Step Equations because kids can update it and upload it again, but you will still have the original copy of their file to look at.
