Accounts & Logging In

There are 2 places to log in for Springshare tools. Use the second one listed below.

1. LibApps Log-in Page (for LibGuides, LibCal)

2. CalState LibAnswers Log-in Page (for LibAnswers, LibChat)

This is what you should see from the second link, at calstate.libanswers.com:

If you don't already have a LibGuides username and password set, you should have received an email in April letting you know that you have a new account. The subject of the email should be: [LibApps] - Welcome to LibAnswers at California State University. That email will have the information you need to set up your account.

You should then see your Dashboard, which looks like the one below. Click on Sign In.
