The registration deadline is February 25th, 2026!
Conference registration occurs in the following three phases:
1. View and Reserve Available Countries
View the list of available countries, assigned committees, and reserve them for the conference. No deposit is required to reserve a country; fees (explained below) are collected before the conference begins.
2. Pre-Conference Registration
Prior to arriving to HMUN, Faculty will be asked to provide basic information regarding attendees. Will be requested in the month before the conference and due one week before the conference begins.
3. Conference Invoicing & Payment
Invoices will be generated by HMUN’s staff after your pre-conference registration is submitted. Payment must be prior to or upon arriving at the conference. Payment will be accepted in CASH or CHECK ONLY.
Fees
The fee structure for HMUN 2026 is:
$20 per attending school
$10 per delegate
$15 for each delegate registering individually, without a school team/club
Country Availability
Not all countries are represented at HMUN each year. The HMUN staff chooses a proportional mix from regional blocks to create each year’s country matrix. Additional countries may be added throughout the year.
