To earn the Master of Science in Education with the ESOL emphasis, you must complete a total of 33 credit hours. In addition to the core courses listed below, you will take all the courses required for an endorsement.

Applicants for an ESOL endorsement must hold a currently valid professional teaching license and complete the following graduate courses, with a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA in graduate coursework.

In order to meet Kansas State Department of Education licensure guidelines, ESOL students must have a current teaching license and pass the ETS Praxis II English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Test.
