The Google Cloud Platform
I've used a few different Cloud types over the years, and I have chosen GPC as my default. I've been with them since the turn of the century, so I'm very familiar with it. Since Google runs Gemini, my Blogger, 2 email accounts, and website here, it just seemed logical to go with Gemini.
Right now, Google Cloud is offering a free trial right now for Cloud Storage. New customers get $300 in free credits right now just to try it. The Google Cloud Platform allows you to build out, deploy, and scale up as you grow. Common uses for it are for backups/archives, media content storage, delivery, data lakes, big data analytics, machine learning, AI, and host a website.
There are 3 types of certificates that Google offers in Cloud storage and maintenance: Foundational, Associate, and Professional. The Foundational Certificate teaches a broad knowledge of cloud concepts, products, services, tools, features, benefits, and use cases. The Associate Certificate validates fundamental skills to deploy and maintain cloud projects. While the Professional Certificate substantiates key and specialized technical job functions, advanced skills in design, implementation, and management of cloud projects.Â
