Do you need a certificate with your hours? Please follow this process:

1. Go to CCSF Noncredit Admission webpage.

2. Scroll down and click on "Enrollment Verficiations" Tab.

3. Click on the words FERPA Authorization Form and download it.

4. Fill out the form, and email it to nc_admit@ccsf.edu OR

5. Bring it to MUB 150 with a photo I.D.
