Six leadership team roles were developed for the Transformational Change Project. The roles are based on how PASACAT is organized and the different stakeholders that would be impacted by the transformational change. One of the Board Members requested to join the Transformational Change Leadership Team (TCLT) after he saw the positive impact the TCP was having on the organization. The TCLT consists of representatives from the Board of Directors, Executive Staff, Artistic Staff, Dancers, Singers, and Musicians.
