Although the first few months of the Transformational Change Project (TCP) had many challenges and a few surprises, the data shows that the PASACAT has made significant steps toward the desired state and is still moving in a positive direction. The Transformational Change Leadership Team (TCLT) teams have been doing an excellent job of managing their respective TCP elements despite unexpected complications. However, if the desired end state is going to persist, the TCLT will need to eventually transition these new processes to the Board of Directors.
All three TCLT teams will work with the Board of Directors to start committees regarding their respective projects. The Board of Directors has already approved a special committee for curriculum development. Once the performance process team and leadership development team can demonstrate the success of their TCP elements, the Board of Directors will consider the approval of their special committees.
The performance process team will work with the marketing committee to collaborate and innovate ideas to reach a broader audience. The curriculum development team will also work with the marketing committee to increase the numbers of the senior company. Although the increased membership of the junior company will eventually help the senior company, the curriculum development team wants to see a more immediate impact on senior company membership.
