Although we were unable to gather data from all the data collection instruments, it does not imply adverse outcomes. It is a good sign that we’ve only had one opportunity to use the Exit Interview so far. Although it is unfortunate that the individual declined to participate in the interview, the Transformational Change Leadership Team hopes that they will not have to use the Exit Interview anytime soon.
Based on the data collected thus far, PASACAT has seen an increase in membership, increase in membership satisfaction with the practice curriculum, increase is performance satisfaction, and decrease in membership turnover. Additionally, a new Board of Directors was recently elected which brought an increase in diversity to PASACAT leadership in terms of age and gender. There are now more females than males on the Board of Directors and an increase in representation from first-generation Philippine Americans.
