Find a quiet space that is just for practicing.
Make sure you have your instrument, music, rosin, and other supplies before you start.
Have a goal for each practice session.
Practice quality over quantity. It is better to spend fifteen minutes of quality practice than 30 minutes of practicing without paying attention.
