Performances (FOH & Patrons)

Purchasing Tickets

Patrons will be encouraged to purchase tickets online or over the phone before the day of the show. We will not allow patrons to pick their own seats so that we can create our own seating map that allows for physical distancing. Our Covid protocols will be clearly posted on our website and patrons will agree to read and agree to the rules required to attend the performance.

Check-in Process & Health Screening

We require all parties to arrive together so we can seat them at the same time and distance from other parties. Only patrons within a reservation may sit together and we will not allow the blending of parties. We ensure that there are separate entrances and exits to each event in order to facilitate an efficient flow of traffic and to avoid gathering.

All patrons will be screened for a fever of 100 degrees or greater. We will also ask if any individual is exhibiting signs of Covid-19. Any patron who has a fever or is exhibiting symptoms will be asked to leave and we will either refund or reschedule their tickets.

After patrons receive their temperature screening they will be provided with hand sanitizer.

Mask Requirements

All patrons will be required to wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking (TIER 1). While in TIER 2, we will not provide concessions and require patrons to wear masks at all times. Recent CDC guidelines suggest that masks should still be worn outdoors if there is a large amount of people present.

Concessions & Merch

We will sell concessions if we are currently in Tier 1 of our health protocols. All concession items will be individually wrapped.

To ensure proper traffice flow, our Merchandise cabinet will only be open after the performance is over.

Seating

Parties will be pre-assigned a row of the theatre. All patrons will enter on the house left side of the auditorium (floor or balcony) will check in with an usher stationed at the entrance(s). The usher will check to see which row they are assigned to and will seat them starting from the far right side of the row to the left. For example, the first party that arrives who has been assigned the row "D" will be sat all the way at the end of the row on house right. The next party that comes that is assigned row "D" will be seated two to three seats away from the first party. This allows for us to avoid people crossing over one another. Every other row of seating will be left empty.

Post Show Dismissal

To avoid crowding the House Manager will dismiss the audience one row at a time via a God Mic from the booth. We will direct patrons to either exit to the right to leave the building or exit to the left (via an empty row) to visit our merchandise store. For larger audiences we may dismiss a row on the floor and a row on the balcony cocurrently to save time.

Cleaning

Our facilities will be cleaned by a professional cleaning company after each performance, when available. If unavailable, we will sanitize all seats and surfaces in the auditorium, lobby, and bathrooms with lysol wipes, alcohol spray, and/or UV light.
