Fill out the 2025 Vendor Application Form  if you plan to "Sponsor a Workshop," donate swag/door prizes, be an Advertising Sponsor, in-person vendor/exhibitor, need a non-profit table, or become a Conference Partner.


TENTATIVE HOURS:

Thursday, April 10: set up 1-5:30pm

Friday, April 11: 9:00-11:45am, 1:15-2:30 (Vendor Hour), & 2:30-4pm

Saturday, April 12: 9:30-11am

If you prefer to mail samples, pre-printed flyers, etc., plan 175-200 for Fall Conference (to be received by September 23, 2024) and send 350-375 for attendees at the Spring Conference (to received by March 15, 2025).

Ad content should be sent as an attachment to showmeart@maea.net. Please type the "Your Vendor Name Ad" in the subject line and send a copy of your paid Paypal receipt.

If you prefer to mail payment, checks can be made out to MAEA and sent to Show Me ART Advertising, 260 Monroe Mills Drive, Ballwin, MO 63011.

The spring/summer (fall conference) publication will be mailed in September. Advertising art deadline for this issue is July 30. Any advertising art turned in after July 30 will be published in the spring publication which is mailed in March, the following year.

The fall/winter (spring conference) publication will be mailed in March. Advertising art deadline for this issue is January 30.  Any advertising art turned in after January 30 will be published in the fall publication which is mailed in September of the same year.

A free ad will be published in the Show Me Art Publication as well as the Spring Conference program for vendors participating in the spring conference (size determined by vendor package purchased). We encourage you to purchase larger advertisements as priced above. Email ad/copy to showmeart@maea.net by Feb. 15 for Spring Conference, and July 30 for Fall Conference.
