Expectations/Behavior Plan

The MSCR  Cherokee Heights program  has outlined a behavior plan that gives each scholar 2 warnings/day prior to being suspended from our program. Warnings are given when any of the rules are broken and redirection is not followed.

1st Warning: Scholar's name recorded on warning sheet & redirection given by Afterschool staff.

2nd Warning: 1:1 with a staff member and a “Fix-It” form must be completed

3rd Warning: Once the scholar receives a 3rd warning, they will be suspended from program

The staff’s role during this process is to reiterate to scholars that we want every Cherokee Heights scholar involved in MSCR-CHMS programming, but they MUST follow the rules. If a scholar receives a 3rd warning, they will be suspended from after-school program. Lengths of suspensions will be determined on a case by case basis. Should a suspension occur parents can expect a phone call & written notification from Mr. Lee.
