As a school that utilises Google as our key learning platform, families are able to keep up-to-date with their child’s learning through Google Guardian.
Google Guardian allows guardians to receive weekly (or daily) emails of your child’s work and progress in class. In email summaries, you can review:
Missing work: Work not turned in when the summary was sent.
Upcoming work: Work that’s due today and tomorrow (for daily emails) or that’s due in the upcoming week (for weekly emails).
Class activities: Announcements, assignments, and questions recently posted by teachers.
You do not need to have a Google account to receive email summaries.
All new families to the school, as well as families who have not previously accepted invites, are automatically invited to join Google Guardian in Term 1 of each year. If you wish to receive Google Guardian emails, you must accept the email invitation to join within 120 days of receiving it.
Subscription emails will be sent to the email address listed on Compass.
