Be a Tree!

Just like trees, we have strong trunks (our spines), protective bark (our skin), and deep roots that connect us to the world. We breathe, soak up the sun, and grow stronger every day.

 And just like people, trees are social! They "talk" to share information, help each other thrive, and offer shelter and support. Together, they make the whole forest stronger—just like a community.
