  Investigation of matters related to individuals' rights or privacy (e.g., questions about the enrollment status of UTokyo members, contact information of alumni or related persons, etc.)

• 身上相談、法律相談、病気やケガに関する医療・投薬相談
  Personal counseling, legal advice, or medical/medication consultations regarding illness or injury

• 東京大学附属病院の受診案内・紹介
  Guidance or referrals for medical consultations at The University of Tokyo Hospital

• 東京大学医学部・医学系研究科、附属病院等の研究者の紹介・仲介
  Introduction or intermediary services for researchers at the Graduate School of Medicine and Faculty of Medicine, The University of Tokyo Hospital, or related institutions

４．質問への回答期限
Response Time for Questions

• 原則として７日以内に回答します。
  In principle, responses will be provided within seven days.

• 調査内容や時期によっては、それ以上に時間がかかる場合があります。
  Depending on the nature of the inquiry and the time of year, responses may take longer than this.
