The Career & Professionalism Center has put together a comprehensive list of the required signatures on Contract 1: Registration. The instructions for how to read the document are below:
Locate your major/program, and if it falls under a section where a dean's name is highlighted, then that is the signature you'll need for the Associate Dean's signature block.
To identify the program chair, locate the name listed beside your major/program, and that is who will need to sign in the Program Chair's signature block.
To determine who needs to sign your internship contract, please take a look at the document, Required Signatures List.
