Student of Concern Form 

Dear Faculty:

My name is Drew Devening and I am the Director of Case Management and Support Services. My office is here to holistically support students who may be facing barriers to their ability to be successful at the University. In an effort to support students during their time at the University of Lynchburg, we have in place a process we call our Student of Concern Referral System. More information about this process can be found on the Case Management Webpage.

If you have any concerns about a student's well-being and would like that student to be connected to Case Management, please utilize our Student of Concern Referral Form. These forms may be submitted anonymously, but the more information you can provide, the better we can provide support.
