CHOICE A: Krispy Compact
This is the 2nd smallest speaker option. It sounds great and is the speaker used in the class example. It's louder with more high-end presence than choice D; however, D sounds fuller than this speaker.
CHOICE B: Light and Loud An excellent speaker, the best overall, though it does have less bass than choice C. More compact than choice C but 50% larger in all dimensions than choice A.
CHOICE C: More Lows
This speaker has the most bass but it has slightly less clarity than Choice B, it’s also significantly heavier and has a much larger driver magnet then the other choices.
CHOICE D: Little but Mighty Amazingly full sounding especially considering its cone size of 2.5". It is a very well-designed speaker. The smallest of all the options but don't let the size fool you!
CHOICE E: Legacy or used speakers
I have some of these speakers from previous years. All are in good condition but may have some slight cosmetic wear. Most sound equivalent or better than the choices above. This is a way to recycle electronics. If you don’t have a specific vision for your speakers this might be a good choice. I have a bin of these speakers that students can choose from on a first come first serve basis.
