Please remember school policies when you visit the school campus. By following these simple rules, you will help us keep all students safe.
All visitors must check in at the office - you may be asked to show your driver's license. This includes those picking up students for early dismissal or volunteering on campus. Due to the campus fencing, the Office staff will buzz you in if you need to go on campus. No visitors are allowed on the campus outside the administration building without a visitor sticker, which is acquired in the Office, even if you are here for an appointment with a teacher.
We do not encourage parents to deliver homework, laptops, folders, or lunches to the school, but if necessary, you will need to deliver to the Office and have a preset understanding with your child. Your child can check in with the office, or we will have their items delivered at the beginning of recess or lunch. We do not interrupt class with deliveries. Please know that school breakfast and lunches are free, eliminating the need to deliver forgotten lunches.
Parents may NOT deliver items to their child through the fencing.
Supervision is provided between 7:45 a.m. and the ten minutes directly following dismissal. Students should not be on campus before 7:45 a.m. or after dismissal unless they are attending an aftercare program. For that reason, it is very important that you pick up your child within ten minutes of dismissal.
Please know that we have a safe campus and will do all we can to keep it safe. Your help in helping us enforce the policy above will help secure a safe campus for all students.
