In Third grade, students move into a more advanced exploration of performing arts. Skills explored: Vocal- Tempo, pitch, volume, expression. Using a variety of vocal techniques to explore emotions and thoughts, and intonation. Kinesthetic: Gesture, pantomime, observation, Demonstrate appropriate on and offstage behavior- audience etiquette and backstage vocabulary and process.Cognitive- imagination, process, and reflection. Ability to give constructive feedback to peers and themselves.
