You can transfer your Google Chrome bookmarks from one profile to another to make them available in your new profile.

Exporting bookmarks
To export your bookmarks from your old profile:
Ensure you are logged into your old Chrome profile and your bookmarks are available
Click on the ellipses near the top-right corner of the screen and choose Bookmarks, then Bookmark Manager
Click on the ellipses on the Search bar along the top of the screen
Choose Export bookmarks
Choose the folder you wish to save the bookmarks file into and click on Save

To import saved bookmarks into the Chrome profile you are currently using:
Ensure you are logged into your new Chrome profile
Click on the ellipses near the top-right corner of the screen and choose Bookmarks, then Bookmark Manager
Click on the ellipses on the Search bar along the top of the screen
Choose Import bookmarks
Choose the bookmark file you wish to import
Click on Open
