You can find spam by clicking on More on the left-hand side of your Gmail screen. Once you can see the spam folder, you can drag it up above the Less line so that it shows by default on the left.
Make sure you check the Skip the Inbox option in the filter to ensure the message is moved out of the Inbox and into the required label.

Unfortunately there's no direct Gmail equivalent of Quick Steps in Outlook.
You can create filters to act on messages automatically as they're received in your Inbox (much like Rules in Outlook) and there are also some great keyboard shortcuts available - you can press Shift ? at any time in Gmail to list all of the shortcuts available.

This is down to the format of the email you are reading and usually happens when the email contains a wide image that forces it to display in a large width.
Yes, you can install an add-on to allow this:
If the person has set their calendar time to show as "out of office" rather than just putting their Out of Office autoreply on, this will show at the bottom of the message when you email them.
No, this cannot be done. You can hold Shift and click on a message to open it in a new window but this will have to be done each time.

If you are using Windows 10 you can click on Quick Access in the Open dialog box. This lists frequent folders and recent files.
Going forward, when your files have been migrated to Google Drive, this will be much easier and you will see a list of Recent files whenever you add a file from Drive.

Gmail fonts are limited but you can create text in Google Docs and copy/paste in if you require additional formatting, including tables.
This is expected functionality in Gmail - messages can be deleted or archived after opening.
You cannot zoom into the presenter's screen, but you can change your meeting layout to Spotlight which shows the presented content only.
Reaction emojis will be available in Google Meet in the near future.
