Please follow these steps on the day you have been told your new lush.com email address is ready to be used:

If you know your current hive password:
Go to the Update Password page on the hive
Enter your lush.com login name
Enter your old password
Enter and confirm your new password
Click on Submit
If you don’t know what your hive password is, you will need to reset your password using the password assistant at https://pw.lush.com.
Before using the password assistant, please collect the following information:
Your position ID number from ADP
Your postal or zip code
your hive login, in the format firstname.lastname@lush.com
Please read and answer each question in the Password Assistant carefully, or click Yes or No where appropriate.

Once you have updated your password, you can use the new password to log onto your Gmail account.
Go to mail.google.com
Type your lush.com login name and click on Next
Enter the new password set in the hive
Click on Next
Click on Accept to accept Google's terms of service
The first time you log in, you should choose to Continue with smart features to ensure you can use useful Google tools such as Smart Compose and Smart Reply
Click on Next to continue
Choose whether you wish to personalise other Google tools such as Chat and Meet - you can choose to use the limited versions of these tools without losing any useful business features of your new lush.com email
Click on Done
If you chose the limit personalization in Google Workspace, you will need to confirm this by clicking on Turn off features
Click on Get Started to launch Gmail
You will have some tasks to complete along the top of your email screen, such as customising your Inbox, setting your signature and enabling notifications. You can choose to change these settings now, or click on the Close button in the top-right corner of this box to clear the reminder and start using Gmail!
